I dunno. The typos in this article overshadow the content, which is flimsy to begin with. The argument here is that PVRs offer compelling functionality, but can only be viable through pay-TV services like cable and satellite. Successful implementation of PVR, argues the author, depends on integration with set-top boxes, which will offer customers additional functionality:Premium customers will have access to premium services including the downloading of content such as MP3 music files and video content. But the real benefit to the customer will come in the form of extended interactive functions including games and gaming applications and on-demand content.
"Games and gaming applications?" I don't know...
